Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, η παρουσίαση υφιστάμενων και, κυρίως, νέων ελληνικών προσπαθειών στο διαδίκτυο, όπως επίσης και η αναφορά σε θέματα που αφορούν το επιχειρείν και τις νέες τεχνολογίες υπό την οπτική του starting-up, συνιστούν τον πυρήνα των άρθρων του OpenCoffee. Το blog, όντας η διαδικτυακή εκδοχή των -πρωτίστως ανοικτών- συναντήσεων του Open Coffee Club, παρέχει επίσης πληροφόρηση σχετικά με τις συναντήσεις αυτές.
